This role is for a bold, strategic leader who thrives at both setting a long-term vision and driving hands-on execution. You'll lead the full marketing spectrum—from brand and content to performance, digital, and events—while driving alignment across the organization. We're looking for a digitally savvy marketer with strong data-driven instincts, deep enterprise SaaS experience, and a genuine passion for ESG. As a core member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy that positions Novisto as the clear leader in the enterprise ESG space.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Set Novisto's global marketing vision, aligning brand, product, and growth strategies with overall company objectives. Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends, and keep the executive team informed of new opportunities and threats.
- Team and Culture: Lead a high-performing team across core marketing functions, including brand, digital, graphic design, and content. Coach and develop team members to support both individual growth and business goals, fostering a "One Team" mentality by aligning closely with other departments.
- Demand Generation & Revenue Growth: Own the customer acquisition and revenue growth pipeline through integrated, multi-channel marketing programs. Launch campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels—including email, social, SEM, and events—that consistently drive engagement and pipeline.
- Thought Leadership: Position Novisto as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the ESG space. This involves developing high-quality content (technical whitepapers, regulatory guides, case studies), executing media partnerships, and enhancing executive visibility.
- Performance & Analytics: Track campaign performance, including KPIs, pipeline impact, and engagement across all channels. Use tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to translate marketing performance into actionable insights. Own budget management, paid media effectiveness, lead funnel health, and email marketing performance.
- Sales Enablement: Act as a critical partner to Sales and Product teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy. Develop sales enablement tools that empower our team, including battlecards, compelling case studies, and well-crafted sales decks that simplify complex ESG concepts.
- Brand and Communication: Ensure a consistent brand voice and experience across every customer touchpoint. Champion Novisto's brand credibility by demonstrating a deep understanding of ESG frameworks and regulations, positioning the company as a true expert.
Qualifications
- ESG Acumen & Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of the evolving ESG landscape, including key frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD), regulations (e.g., CSRD, SEC climate disclosure rules), and reporting standards.
- SaaS Marketing Leadership: 7+ years of marketing leadership experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with a proven track record of building and scaling marketing teams and digital programs that drive measurable growth in enterprise or B2B segments.
- Data-Driven Mindset: A data-first mindset and fluency in KPIs, attribution models, funnel metrics, and telling the story behind the numbers. You have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including hands-on experience with social platforms like LinkedIn and marketing automation (HubSpot or similar platforms).
- Strategic & Hands-On Execution: A strategic thinker with the hands-on ability to execute, iterate, and pivot in a high-growth, high-change environment. You possess an agile and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead confidently.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for various audiences. Bilingualism in French/English is a strong asset.
- Collaborative Leadership: Proven leadership and team development skills, with experience coaching and mentoring. You champion a "One Team" mentality and excel at working cross-functionally with sales, product, and other departments.
- Global Experience: Experience in marketing in global or multi-market contexts.
