Storytelling, Content, and Enablement

  • Build and support scalable sales enablement strategies, including messaging frameworks, pitch decks, battlecards, solution playbooks, and competitive insights.

  • Ensure sellers and solution teams are confident communicating SHI’s value in every stage of the buyer’s journey.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to sales leadership on market trends, buyer behavior, and competitive dynamics.

  • Create and maintain a dynamic content library: messaging docs, battlecards, deck templates, one-pagers, battle-ready presentations, and demos.

  • Support advocacy programs with case studies and customer success stories.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing solutions and product marketing team.

  • Establish clear priorities, operating rhythms, and performance metrics to drive impact and accountability.

  • Foster a culture of customer obsession, strategic thinking, and execution excellence.

Performance Metrics:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and continuously optimize strategies based on data and feedback.
