Reporting to the SVP IT & Enterprise CIO, the VP, IT Strategy is responsible for defining and facilitating the execution of the enterprise IT strategy that aligns with our business objectives, enhances operational efficiency, and drives digital transformation across the organization. Vice President, IT Strategy

What You Will Do:
- Lead enterprise IT architecture to define and evolve the future state technology landscape.
- Define and execute the enterprise IT strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth priorities.
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business outcomes and enterprise priorities.
- Oversee IT investment planning, budgets, and financial governance to maximize return on technology investments.
- Direct the IT Vendor Management Office to ensure effective supplier strategy, contract optimization, and cost discipline.
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies that drive operational efficiency, scalability, and competitive advantage.

Additional Information:
- The preferred primary location for this position is 5-day-a-week schedule in the Irving, TX office with up to 25% travel domestically or internationally as needed. Consideration will be given for this role to be based in Caterpillar's Nashville, TN office.
