Summary

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this opportunity leads our team of HR Business Partners and works closely with our 12+ geo-centric brand executives and their leadership teams to enable business outcomes through the development of and execution of our people priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively ensure alignment between the people strategy and global business plans and operational goals by consulting on various activities, including recruiting, talent management, talent development, organizational design, change management, performance management, succession, and workforce planning.
  • Work closely with the HR Leadership Team to develop and execute human capital strategies to effectively support and enhance our business with shared accountability for the strategic goals and operational execution of the global people strategy across the organization.
  • Grow, lead, and motivate a top-performing team of HRBPs focused on identifying, developing, and delivering measurable HR strategies and programs aligned to business goals:
  • Bring best practices and external perspectives to strategic and operational business conversations and people management decision-making.
  • Act as a strategic conduit communicating business needs to the COEs and HR Shared Services colleagues and influence program development and delivery with our Talent Management, Total Rewards, People Technology, and Talent Acquisition/Executive Recruiting partners.
  • Support the resolution of complex people and employee relations issues, escalated through HR Shared Services within agreed governance, while coaching leaders on people-related matters.
  • Develop and implement innovative cultural and structural change and solutions. Partner closely with leaders on plans related to acquisition integration, including developing and executing against a holistic people and program integration roadmap.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of overall HR experience in roles of progressively increasing scope and responsibility, including at least 5 years leading teams of HR professionals. 5 years of experience in a global, high profile, strategic HR role with executive-level interaction and a high degree of executive influence.
  • Critical knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity, talent management, and federal and state employment laws.
  • Ability to thrive and execute with minimal structure and navigate within a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Experience in developing a solid and deep understanding of the business groups' main goals and challenges, then guiding our team of HRBP's in developing or applying solutions to achieve results.
  • Experience driving processes, systems, precedence, and best practices. Assess issues in an organization's operations, structures, and capabilities to develop holistic responses.
  • Ability to mentor and advise where appropriate to enable people grow and develop aligned with business and personal goals.
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills, showcasing the ability to influence at all levels and the ability to encourage evolution.

$7.25 - $314,100.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
