 DESCRIPTION

The Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner Lead will serve as a strategic partner, leading a team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to drive organizational performance, talent strategy, and workforce effectiveness. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, elevating leadership capability, and ensuring a high-impact, consistent HRBP model across the organization. This is a hybrid position working two days a week in a local MBI office. Job location is nationwide.

HR Business Partner Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of HR Business Partners
  • Establish clear expectations, operating rhythms, and consistent delivery standards across the HRBP function
  • Drive capability building within the HRBP team to strengthen strategic influence and business acumen

Talent and Performance Management

  • Execute on enterprise talent processes including performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews
  • Partner with leaders to identify and accelerate high-potential talent and address performance gaps
  • Ensure effective calibration and consistency in performance and talent decisions

Organizational Effectiveness & Change

  • Guide leaders through organizational transformations, including restructuring, integrations, and growth initiatives
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture, and leadership effectiveness
  • Champion a continuous improvement mindset and scalable HR practices with a focus on AI integration

Workforce Analytics & Insights

  • Leverage data and analytics to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, retention, and organizational health
  • Monitor key metrics and translate findings into targeted action plans

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership of HR Business Partner teams
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Deep expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change leadership
  • Strong leadership presence, influencing skills, and business acumen
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Position is Hybrid- 2 days a week working in a local MBI office

COMPENSATION

The approximate base compensation range for this position is $175,000-$250,000. This position is bonus eligible. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.  Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
