Position Purpose: Function as a key advisor supporting executive leadership with strategic planning, competitive intelligence, strategic advocacy and the prioritization and execution of new programs. Will facilitate inter and intra departmental communications and drive critical projects for the growth office.
- Lead strategic initiatives and projects to optimize business performance and support, deliver and maintain the strategic plan for the Growth Office
- Partner with executive leadership to identify, monitor and report out on the status of strategic priorities
- Deliver and effective and efficient annual operating plan in partnership with Finance and ensure alignment with the strategic plan for the business unit
- Initiate, develop and mature strategic, innovative internal partnerships driving advocacy for the function across the organization
- Identify opportunities within the organization where processes can be streamlined, automated, or improved
- Deliver and support presentation development, governance management, communications and priority project as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Finance or a related field or equivalent experience required
Master's Degree preferred: 8+ years experience in leadership, project management, operations, strategy and/or consulting required
3+ years of direct people leadership experience required
Pay Range: $182,100.00 - $345,600.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
