Job Overview:

LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President, Frontline Transformation Reporting & Planning, to champion and drive change across the our Operations, Contact Center, Supervision, and Risk & Compliance functions (i.e. the “frontline functions”). This Individual Contributor leader will be responsible for helping set, execute, and drive accountability to deliver on a multi-year transformation strategy and roadmap. 

Responsibilities:

  • Hold the pen—help document the vision for Frontline Transformation and reporting updates on key Transformation initiatives;
  • Define reporting routines to track progress on the Transformation-related portfolio of work;
  • Help create, maintain, and track against a multi-year Frontline Transformation Roadmap;
  • Assist in driving key projects and initiatives related to the Frontline Transformation by personally owning initiatives, providing PM support to others, developing executive reporting, and anticipating and meeting the emergent needs of the frontline functions to achieve a transformation;
  • Influence and provide thought partnership to help steer the Frontline Transformation to achieve organization objectives;
  • Build relationships with senior frontline leaders to help ensure the Frontline Transformation serves and enables those leaders to meet their business objectives;
  • Identify opportunity and adapt to the evolving needs of the organization to assist in evolving Frontline Transformation strategy and tactics over time.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in transformation, change management, project management, voice of the customer, or process improvement.
  • Experience working within a financial services firm or consulting experience at a top firm.
  • Demonstrated experience with executive-level story telling with exceptional presentation skills

Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical thinker who can translate between concept, strategy, and execution plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop executive reporting, and a set of routines to produce that reporting;
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and other engagements with large groups and senior stakeholders to solicit ideas and build plans for Transformation.
  • A desire to be the best—a high degree of ambition and a strong commitment to doing the work needed to get there.

Pay Range:

$119,775-$199,625/year
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
