About the Role: 
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Vice President of FP&A to join our Finance team. This position plays a critical role in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), supporting strategic decision-making through robust forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. The role also includes active involvement in cash planning, financial reporting, and capital market initiatives, including equity financing support.
What You Will Do: 
  • Lead all FP&A activities
  • Drive annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models and scenario analyses to guide strategic decisions
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
  • Provide financial analysis on key business drivers, KPIs, and operational performance
  • Conduct in-depth performance and profitability analyses across products, partnerships, and channels
  • Develop insights to optimize pricing, cost structure and unit economics
  • Support company-wide cash planning and working capital forecasting
  • Assist in structuring, executing, and managing capital market transactions
  • Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, and financial models
  • Assist in M&A evaluations and capital markets activities, including investor reporting, due diligence support, and equity/debt financing transactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial transparency and accountability
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Who You Are: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
  • 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, start up or similar roles
  • Experience with investor reporting and financial strategy
  • Experience in capital markets and fund raising
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools is a plus
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow forecasting, and capital structure concepts
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality analysis under tight deadlines
  • Effective communication and storytelling through financial data
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to strive in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on execution and results
  • High degree of integrity and commitment to delivering results in a collaborative, mission-driven environment

Where You Will Work: 
This position is remote. 
Salary: 
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 a year.  DigniFi salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to work location, job-related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience. Please note that the compensation details listed in postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonuses or benefits.
