At Maropost, we’re scaling a global, multi-product SaaS business and looking for a bold, ambitious finance leader to fuel our growth. As VP of Finance, you’ll be the Head of Finance for the company—driving strategy, discipline, simplicity, and innovation across our financial operations. This role is for someone who thrives in SaaS and PLG environments, has a passion for automation and AI, and wants to make a real impact in shaping the future of a fast-growing global business.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Strategic Leadership

  • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and leadership team on business performance, risk management, and capital strategy.
  • Lead and scale the global finance function to support Maropost’s growth ambitions.
  • Drive alignment between financial priorities and company vision, ensuring disciplined execution.

Financial Operations & Control

  • Oversee accounting, audit, tax, treasury, compliance, and multi-entity consolidations.
  • Design scalable processes, systems, and internal controls that balance speed, accuracy, and automation.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and financial close processes.

Planning & Analysis

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights across products, geographies, and functions.
  • Monitor operating costs, identify efficiency opportunities, and implement cost-optimization initiatives.

Growth & Strategy

  • Support revenue growth, pricing, and market expansion initiatives through data-driven analysis.
  • Play a leading role in M&A activities, from due diligence through integration.
  • Partner with external banks, financial institutions, and investors to support financing initiatives.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team that thrives in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, resourcefulness, and customer-first thinking.
  • Collaborate closely with IT to ensure financial systems, data security, and technology investments support business.

What You’ll Bring to Maropost:

  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 3+ years in a Director, VP, or equivalent role within SaaS/PLG companies.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS, PLG models, and multi-product global environments, ideally with $80M+ in ARR.
  • Strong experience in scaling finance operations in high-growth, global settings (multi-entity, FX, transfer pricing).
  • Demonstrated expertise in building scalable financial systems, automation, and AI-driven processes.
  • Track record of driving business financing (equity, debt, etc.) and supporting M&A.
  • CPA required.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hungry and resourceful, and they thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Passion for AI and its role in modern finance.
