The Vice President, Enterprise & Casino Sales is responsible for leading the sales team, executing GTM strategies, and driving new logo acquisition while managing revenue goals for the enterprise and casino segment.
The summary above was generated by AI

This is a senior commercial leadership role with real scope — you'll own the GTM strategy, the revenue number, and the team for Duetto's enterprise and casino segment. That means building and developing a high-performing sales organisation, securing some of the most complex deals in hospitality technology, and operating at the highest executive levels with global hotel brands and casino groups. If you've spent a career closing large-scale enterprise deals and building the teams that win them, and you know the hospitality or gaming landscape, this is the role to make your mark.

What Makes Us Different?

Duetto is the hospitality industry's leading revenue management platform, founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives who knew the industry needed better technology. We built the world's first Revenue & Profit Operating System — a suite of tools (GameChanger, ScoreBoard, BlockBuster, Advance and more) that goes beyond room pricing to give hotels, resorts and casinos a complete picture of their revenue and profitability. Trusted by clients ranging from independent boutique hotels to global chains, we've been named the #1 Revenue Management Software by HotelTechAwards four years running and the #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, we're accelerating our investment in AI — and we're genuinely passionate about the industry we serve. We build products we're proud of, for customers we care about.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll build, lead, and develop the enterprise and casino sales team — driving structured account planning, predictable pipeline, and consistent quarterly execution with a clear focus on new logo acquisition and portfolio expansion.
  • You'll define and own the GTM strategy for your segment: segmentation, target account lists, commercial models, tiering, and the multi-threaded pursuit strategies that win complex, multi-stakeholder deals with value-based narratives tied to real business outcomes.
  • You'll own the revenue goals and KPIs for your segment — net-new logo ARR, NRR expansion, pipeline creation, forecast predictability, and win rates — and hold yourself and your team accountable to them.
  • You'll represent Duetto at the highest commercial and strategic levels across your segment, building executive relationships with decision-makers at global hotel brands, casino groups, and large-scale multi-property businesses.
  • You'll partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to sharpen GTM processes, improve pipeline closure, and ensure the organisation is aligned behind your segment's targets.
  • You'll drive portfolio expansion across existing accounts — creating and executing account and segmentation plans that grow NRR and deepen Duetto's strategic footprint within each relationship.

What We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 10+ years of SaaS sales experience with global scope
  • 5+ years of people management experience, with a track record of building high-performing sales teams
  • Deep expertise in hospitality, casino gaming, or large-scale multi-property businesses
  • Proven success winning complex, large-scale enterprise deals with multi-entity rollout models
  • Experience selling to global hotel brands at the executive level
  • Strong CRM fluency — forecasting, enterprise pipeline management, and account planning discipline

Strong candidates may also have:

  • Experience building and scaling global sales teams across multiple regions
  • A background operating at VP level or above in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Established executive relationships across major hotel groups or casino operators

Why Duetto?

  • Real commercial authority. This isn't a quota-carrying IC with a management title — you own the segment strategy, the team, and the number. The accountability is genuine and so is the impact.
  • A category-defining product in a vertical you know. Duetto's Revenue & Profit Operating System is genuinely differentiated in the enterprise and casino market, and the Wynn Resorts founding story opens doors with casino executives that no competitor can match.
  • AI is how we work. Duetto is an AI-first organisation across every function — your team will have tools and workflows that accelerate deal velocity, improve preparation, and sharpen execution at every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Growth trajectory. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, Duetto is accelerating investment across product and go-to-market — you'll be building during a period of genuine momentum, not managing a mature book.
  • A seat at the table. As a VP, you'll contribute directly to company-level commercial strategy, cross-functional alignment, and the decisions that shape how Duetto wins in the enterprise and casino segment globally.

The Details

  • Location: Remote (US)
  • Department: Sales

Duetto is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

Sound like you?

You don't need to tick every box. If you have the enterprise sales leadership experience, the hospitality or gaming domain knowledge, and the drive to own a segment end-to-end at a company doing something genuinely new — we'd love to hear from you.
