Reporting to the EVP, Global Solutions, this role partners across Product, Sales, Verticals, Delivery, Finance, Operations, and Client Success to translate solution capabilities into measurable customer value and sustainable commercial growth. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

The Vice President, Commercial Success is the senior U.S. leader responsible for driving commercialization, revenue performance, and customer outcomes across the Specialized Risk Group solution portfolio. This leader will connect strategy, product capability, and market execution while leading the pre-sales and post-sales Solutions organization.

  • Develop and execute the U.S. commercial strategy and annual operating plan, translating the SRG three-year strategy into accountable workstreams, milestones, forecasts, and operating reviews.
  • Drive revenue growth, pipeline attainment, customer adoption, retention, expansion, and value realization in partnership with Sales, Verticals, Product, Marketing, Finance, Delivery, and Client Success.
  • Monitor commercial performance and customer outcomes, identify the drivers of performance gaps, and mobilize corrective actions for at-risk customers, implementations, and strategic opportunities.
  • Accelerate time to revenue and customer value by improving implementation readiness, product usage, adoption, retention-risk identification, and execution against whitespace opportunities.
  • Lead the U.S. pre-sales and post-sales Solutions organization, evolving the team’s capabilities to support solution consulting, implementation, adoption, expansion, and sustained customer value.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and U.S. market in product planning, launch-readiness, and prioritization discussions to strengthen market relevance and commercial adoption.
  • Serve as the senior U.S. commercial and solution expert for SRG, representing the business in executive customer engagements, industry events, advisory boards, and other strategic forums.
  • Synthesize commercial, customer, product, financial, market, and operational insights into clear recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex sales, customer, implementation, and commercial issues that cross functional boundaries or lack clear ownership.
  • Lead through influence in a highly matrixed environment, clarifying accountability and aligning teams around measurable customer and business outcomes.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across commercialization, general management, business development, solutions consulting, customer success, sales strategy, product leadership, professional services, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success leading a complex business or solution portfolio with accountability for revenue performance, forecasting, market execution, and customer outcomes.
  • Experience commercializing complex data, analytics, software, identity, fraud, investigations, public-records, telecommunications, risk, or adjacent solutions, including connecting product capability to pipeline, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Experience leading and scaling customer-facing technical or consultative teams and resolving issues that span product, technology, operations, delivery, commercial, and governance functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, with the executive presence and credibility to influence senior leaders, customers, technical teams, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

  • Advanced financial and commercial acumen, including annual planning, forecasting, business cases, portfolio-performance analysis, pricing inputs, and revenue-risk management.
  • Ability to interpret and synthesize product, pipeline, customer, financial, adoption, and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise data, analytics, software, or data-as-a-service commercialization models and the customer lifecycle from pre-sale through implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Ability to translate complex technical, product, and market information into clear executive perspectives, customer recommendations, and accountable operating plans.
  • Experience establishing commercial operating models, performance reviews, customer-health measures, and cross-functional governance practices.

We’re also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we’re happy to support your career development and growth in:

  • Experience with public-records data, identity graphs, contact intelligence, fraud prevention, prefill, investigations, regulated data, data-as-a-service, or software-platform offerings.
  • Experience spanning both pre-sales and post-sales customer motions, including implementation, adoption, renewal, expansion, and value realization.
  • Experience evaluating strategic partnerships, channels, acquisitions, or ecosystem opportunities.
  • External thought leadership or executive representation in relevant customer, industry, technology, or policy forums.
