About the role

The Vendor Management Analyst supports the success of outsourced vendor operations through performance analysis, administrative oversight, and process management. This role ensures accurate reporting, efficient provisioning, and seamless operational support while partnering across functions to strengthen vendor relationships and improve outcomes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about driving vendor performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze weekly performance reports, identifying trends and recommending strategies to improve productivity.

  • Support Vendor Program Managers in monitoring interval compliance and operational metric adherence.

  • Manage provisioning and de-provisioning of vendor representatives through Workday and troubleshoot access issues.

  • Maintain team documentation, meeting records, SOPs, and vendor repositories.

  • Generate purchase orders, process receipts, and support invoice-related inquiries.

  • Partner with vendor leadership to plan and execute events, coordinating agendas, logistics, and materials.

  • Collaborate with Workforce Management, Quality, Learning & Development, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on performance goals and improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to vendor-related projects and operational enhancements as needed.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $70,500.00 - $112,500.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $66,900.00 - $106,900.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in contact center operations or administrative support.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with proven ability to collaborate in team settings.

  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Excel (including advanced charts/graphs), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

  • Real estate industry knowledge is a plus.

  • Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
