Essential Responsibilities:
- Administer Programs: Manage variable compensation structures across departments (growth, practice areas, and teams).
- Maintain Documentation: Ensure individual and firmwide plan documents are accurate, signed, and properly archived.
- Roll Out Plans: Partner with HR and communication teams to launch programs and commission plans effectively.
- Analyze & Calculate: Review performance metrics and financial data to calculate incentive payouts accurately and on time, following approval workflows and payroll deadlines.
- Benchmark & Advise: Conduct market and internal equity analyses to guide compensation decisions.
- Report & Communicate: Prepare dashboards and reports to share outcomes and trends with stakeholders.
- Innovate & Improve: Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities; participate in technology enablement initiatives.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
- Support Planning: Assist with annual compensation cycles and ad hoc incentive modeling.
- Educate & Guide: Provide training and guidance to leaders and associates on variable pay programs.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in compensation analysis, with a focus on variable pay.
- Familiarity with sales compensation or commission-based structures.
- Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.
Preferred: CCP certification.
Skills:
- Advanced Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
