The Principal, Culture & Talent Solutions Transformation is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving Micron's enterprise culture transformation in support of its AI-driven evolution. This role bridges strategy and execution-translating the company's Vision, Mission, and Values into leadership behaviors, approaches, and measurable outcomes that enable continuous reinvention. Acting as both a culture architect and activation leader, the role designs and deploys targeted, high-impact talent solutions that foster agility, AI readiness, and sustained behavior change across global teams through influence rather than authority.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and evolve the enterprise culture transformation strategy aligned to Micron's Vision, Mission, Values, and AI-driven reinvention.
  • Translate culture priorities into clear leadership behaviors, approaches, and measurable outcomes tied to business impact.
  • Design and deploy targeted talent solutions (e.g., workshops, learning journeys, toolkits) to activate culture across regions and functions.
  • Lead the people and culture dimensions of AI transformation, driving adoption from awareness to advocacy.
  • Partner cross-functionally (People Strategy, Talent Management, Transformation teams) to embed culture into talent systems and leadership development.
  • Tailor and localize global frameworks for regional needs, including high-growth sites and new market expansions.
  • Champion psychological safety and a speak-up culture to enable innovation, performance, and engagement.
  • Define and track culture and behavior metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and targeted interventions.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 12-15+ years of experience in organizational development, culture transformation, learning, or enterprise change.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives through influence.
  • Experience developing and delivering talent solutions within global, complex environments.
  • Strong expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) and driving behavior change at scale.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, HR, Business, or related field.
  • Deep expertise in instructional design and building end-to-end learning and behavior change experiences.
  • Experience applying AI tools to scale learning, personalize interventions, and accelerate solution building.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate high-impact discussions.
  • Proven success supporting high-growth, transformation, or global expansion environments.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$147,000.00 - $256,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
