The RoleAt Ambience, we believe that earning and retaining trust with our customers depends on a clear, data-driven articulation of value. Reporting to our Head of Value Attainment, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the financial narrative that underpins every major customer engagement and renewal. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Delivery, Product, and Engineering—to analyze clinical and financial datasets, quantify ROI, and create persuasive, executive-facing artifacts that communicate our impact.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is excited to blend financial modeling, healthcare systems understanding, and executive communication to shape the strategic narrative at a fast-growing AI company. We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of analysis and storytelling, and who’s ready to help define what great looks like in a relatively new function.
What You’ll DoBuild adaptable ROI models that quantify Ambience’s value across multiple clinical and financial dimensions
Own the end-to-end analysis pipeline—from exploratory data review to client-facing deliverables—for both standardized and ad hoc data sets
Collaborate with engineering and data stakeholders to scale internal tooling and BI dashboards
Translate complex analyses into executive-ready materials (e.g., slides, summaries, case studies) that clearly convey our impact
Partner with client finance and revenue cycle leaders to establish buy-in and co-author the ROI story
Support the Delivery and Care Transformation teams with rigorous, data-backed storytelling during implementation milestones and quarterly business reviews
Advance our internal methodology: pressure test assumptions, evolve playbooks, and align with industry benchmarks
Contribute to forward-looking financial modeling and forecasting in sales conversations using inputs from prior deployments
You bring 4-7 years of progressive experience in healthcare finance, revenue cycle, analytics, and/or financial modeling
A structured and strategic thinker who’s comfortable diving into messy datasets and emerging with clear, defensible insights
Highly proficient in financial modeling tools (Excel, Sigma, SQL, or similar BI platforms), with an eye for both accuracy and clarity
You’ve built models that have stood up to scrutiny from healthcare CFOs, RevCycle executives, or payor-side actuaries
Equally comfortable speaking with client analysts and presenting findings to C-suite stakeholders—your communication is crisp, persuasive, and grounded in data
Adept at working cross-functionally with delivery, product, and technical teams to get things over the line
You’ve likely spent time in consulting, healthcare finance, or value-based care analytics, and now you're looking to own and grow a function in a fast-paced startup
You’re energized by working in a mission-driven, ambiguous environment and take pride in being the one who makes complex things feel simple
