As a Valuation Coordinator for Marketplace at Hagerty, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with determining the appropriate reserves for the sale of their vehicles. You’ll blend research, negotiation, and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Marketplace platform. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing the vehicle acceptance rate by proactively reaching out to potential sellers and identifying opportunities for improvement in our processes. This role requires a strong understanding of the collector vehicle market and the ownership experience, as well as the ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities and evolving processes.

What you’ll do
- Conduct research on numerous vehicle values daily.
- Negotiate auction reserves with vehicle consigners confidently.
- Conduct regular outreach to increase vehicle acceptance rates.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide outbound calls to members.
- Schedule vehicles coming onto the platform each day.
- Edit photos and text for vehicle listings.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify necessary platform updates.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of customer-focused experience.

- Ability to work within a team with ever-changing priorities and evolving processes.
- Understanding of the collector vehicle ownership experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help grow the Marketplace business.

- This position can be worked as a remote position within the United States.
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
