Who You Are:
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced UX/UI Designer to transform complex financial products into intuitive, user-centered experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and iterate on web and mobile applications, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI into design workflows to accelerate prototyping and improve user outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Create UX artifacts including user journey maps, personas, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma and its various products (Figma, FigJam, Figma Slides, Figma Make).
  • Integrate AI tools into design workflows to streamline iteration and enhance prototyping speed.
  • Conduct usability testing to validate design direction and synthesize feedback into actionable design improvements.
  • Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across platforms, including our AEM-powered portal.
  • Translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions for web, mobile, and internal tools.
  • Designs with W3C web accessibility standards and provide recommendations to bring preexisting apps and/or designs up to standard.
  • Prepare and present design iterations to internal teams and key stakeholders

What You'll Need

  • Design & Prototyping Tools:
  • Figma (including AI-enhanced features like Figma Make)
  • Ability to leverage AI to automate design tasks and accelerate iteration cycles
  • UX Research & Strategy:
  • User research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions
  • Familiarity with web experience KPIs and analytics
  • Experience creating personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Experience with UserTesting.com
  • Technical & Collaboration:
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product and development teams.
  • Experience designing for fintech, banking, or insurance platforms is preferred
  • Preferred Background
  • 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
  • Portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product teams
