Zensar is a remote Lead UX/UI Designer in the USA.  
What you will be doing:
      •     Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings. Ensuring you advocate user-centered approach and design.
      •     Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.  
      •     Test assets and optimize based on their performance.  
      •     Iterate new designs based on user/stakeholder feedback.  
      •     Create digital assets for a range of platforms (social, display advertising, websites, etc.).  
      •     Design on-brand creative solutions for a variety of uses  viz websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, and photography.
      •     Design and develop homepages, landing pages, and email concepts.  
      •     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards 
      •     Work closely with the development team to perform technical feasibility analysis before proposing a solution.
      •     Take ideas from concept to execution, working with project managers, design colleagues, information technologists, and content experts to set appropriate expectations and deliver an effective user experience.
      •     Use the latest software and applications to design and develop digital solutions ideas, thoughts, solutions to stakeholders, project teams and execs and justifying alignment with user-centered design.
 
What you bring:
      •     8+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally within the high-tech industry (Required)
      •     Highly organized, a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and -simultaneous tasks, accurately scope requirements, and meet deadlines.
      •     Ability to anticipate needs, innovate, multi-task, and positively adjust in a fast-paced environment, with geographically diverse collaborative team.
      •     Curiosity and confidence to ask questions. Ability to take initiatives and follow through with tasks.
      •     Keen eye for design and attention to detail.
      •     Experience working in a CMS would be a plus.
      •     Solid knowledge of design software programs, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.  
      •     Experience with user-centered design, rapid prototyping, and user testing.  
      •     Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      •     Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
