Job Description

We're looking for someone to shape the user experience for our Agentic Service Catalog. You will combine user research, product design, and front-end engineering to help transform complex technology processes into intuitive, AI-powered experiences.

You'll work closely with users, product leaders, architects, and engineers to understand how work gets done today, identify opportunities for improvement, and design and build solutions that make technology easier to navigate and use.

You will report to the VP, Intelligent Automation & Data Platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct user research to understand needs, challenges, and workflows.
  • Design intuitive experiences that help users achieve outcomes with confidence.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design patterns.
  • Build production-ready front-end experiences using modern web technologies such as React and TypeScript.
  • Partner across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
  • Use research, feedback, and data to continuously improve the experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering user experiences for complex software products, technical platforms, developer tools, enterprise workflows, or similarly sophisticated environments.
  • Strong capability across user research and product design, including interviews, contextual inquiry, journey mapping, usability testing, prototyping, interaction design, and iterative validation.
  • Understanding of complex technical workflows and translate them into intuitive experiences without concealing information users need to make informed decisions.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
