About You:
Versana is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our UX team. This role will support the fast-growing product and engineering teams while maintaining the design system library and UX standards. Reporing to our UX Lead, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between design, business, and technology by conducting user interviews and executing on design deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the Product team to gather and understand requirements.
· Design wireframes and create interactive prototypes.
· Execute usability tests, analyze the results, and provide actionable insights.
· Develop user personas based on research data to guide design decisions.
· Map user journeys and identify pain points or opportunities for improvement.
· Communicate research findings and design solutions to stakeholders.
· Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the design vision is implemented
Must Haves:
· BS or BA in human-computer interaction/user experience.
· 3+ years of UX design experience.
· Ability to navigate between multiple products and stakeholders.
· Ability to find a balance between creativity and upholding UX standards.
· Strong UX research skills.
· Knowledge of WCAG guidelines.
· Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to partner with various internal teams.
Nice to Haves:
· Design, build and maintain reusable and consistent components in Figma.
· Light front-end skills.
