Position Overview
The UX Designer is an expert designer with strong interaction and UI design skills, creating engaging and intuitive design that helps users achieve goals while instilling confidence in the brand. You will craft memorable experiences, optimize flows, and reimagine the UX of pivotal moments in a user's journey. You will be responsible for the design of numerous product features. Produce and direct web-based, interactive prototypes of varying levels of fidelity that support client and user feedback in the context of the supported application. Work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, engineering, and business stakeholders to uncover customer needs, design solutions, and test ideas that bring the most value to the customer and business.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs to test and improve existing features.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 7+ years of experience in interaction design, user interface design, and user experience research or related field
- Experience leading UX Strategy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong command of visual design, interaction design and information architecture.
- Capable of communicating and prototyping interactions rapidly at all levels of fidelity.
- Working knowledge of UI and Web Patterns.
- Familiar with working with design systems
- Comfortable with user research and utilizing data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Collaborate with cross-platform teams, including Product Managers, Stakeholders, and Engineering
- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
- Experience in the Online Learning industry, especially professional education, or Ecommerce is a plus.
