Role Description

• Professional Expertise:
o 6–8 years of experience designing digital products, preferably in fintech or corporate banking environments.
o Proficiency in guiding projects from ideation to delivery, integrating user research insights and business strategies into actionable designs.
o Solid understanding of design thinking methodologies and agile workflows.
• Primary software skills: Figma, Whiteboard/Mural/Miro
• Educational Background:
o A degree in a relevant field such as Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Business (or equivalent practical experience). Advanced degrees are a bonus.
• Core Skills:
o Strong proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders to align on goals and solutions.
o Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution.
o Strong foundational knowledge in UX, User-Centred Design, Interaction Design and Responsive Design. 
o Excellent communication skills in English, as you will be involved in persuading and presenting to different levels of stakeholders.
• Mindset:
o Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for simplifying complexity.
o Enthusiasm for fostering diversity and designing for global audiences.
o A results-driven approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive research initiatives, employing qualitative and quantitative techniques to uncover actionable insights that guide design and business decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, integrating research findings into the product lifecycle to ensure user needs are central.
• Establish and refine design processes to align with organizational goals, fostering efficiency and creativity.
• Be an advocate for the user, embedding customer-centric principles across all product initiatives.
