Blink UX is seeking a UX Designer for an onsite engagement supporting one of Blink's clients.

Duration: 3-4 months
Location: onsite in Charlotte, NC
 
 

What you will be doing

    As a Product Designer, you will design intuitive marketplace, agent, workspace, use-case management, and operational experiences that simplify enterprise agent adoption. You'll leverage expertise in enterprise UX, design systems, user research, workflow prototyping, accessibility, developer-focused experiences, and AI/agent concepts while partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.

  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery through delivery, for enterprise agent experiences.
  • Translate complex business and user needs into clear, intuitive workflows and product experiences.
  • Gather and synthesize user insights through research, testing, and feedback.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts that communicate solutions effectively.
  • Champion accessibility, usability, and consistency through established design standards.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners to drive successful outcomes.
  • Present recommendations, build stakeholder alignment, and facilitate design workshops.
  • Measure and refine experiences using usability findings, analytics, and customer feedback.

What we are looking for

    Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience in enterprise software.
  • Experience designing complex workflows, platforms, or developer tools.
  • Strong knowledge of UX design, user research, and workflow prototyping.
  • Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
  • Understanding of AI, agent-based experiences, or intelligent automation.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
  • Strong stakeholder facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI, agent, marketplace, or workspace products.
  • Understanding of AI, agent-based, or intelligent automation concepts.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams in Agile environments.
