What you’ll do:

As a UX Designer / UX Researcher with mthree, you'll support complex, data-driven internal products and enterprise workflows. The position sits within our client global UX team and focuses on understanding user needs, researching business processes, mapping end-to-end journeys, and designing intuitive solutions for sophisticated business applications.

How the Alumni program works:

  1. Apply via this job advert.
  2. Complete our assessment process.
  3. Interview directly with the client with our support and guidance.
  4. Join a mthree client for 24 months while receiving support and salary increases every 12 months.
  5. The vast majority then convert to permanent employees with the client at the end of the program.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related major
  • A GPA of 2.7 or higher. We look for potential, not prestige, but it’s important that you enjoy pushing yourself to pick up new ideas.
  • The right to work without needing visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Conduct user research to identify needs and pain points.
  • Map user journeys, workflows, and flows.
  • Translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Create wireframes, concepts, and prototypes.
  • Test and refine solutions through user feedback.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and product teams.
  • Simplify complex workflows and data-heavy environments.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in UX Design, UX Research, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design.
  • Experience with research, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Comfortable working with complex products, large data sets, and broad ecosystems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with complex enterprise applications.
  • Experience with data-intensive or internal applications.
  • Familiarity with React, Angular, or functional prototyping.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled products or UX workflows.
  • Coding experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong UX fundamentals, research skills, curiosity, and a solid portfolio.
