We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and efficient user experiences for a next-generation demo creation platform. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing a seamless drag-and-drop interface that enables sales users to quickly build, customize, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.

This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and end users to create experiences that simplify complex workflows and improve overall user adoption and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the demo creation experience for sales and business users.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on business and user requirements.
  • Lead the design of drag-and-drop interactions and workflow-driven experiences that enable users to create demos efficiently.
  • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability studies to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Develop user personas and customer journey maps to guide product design decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define user experience requirements and product functionality.
  • Validate design concepts through usability testing and user feedback sessions.
  • Ensure consistency across the platform by contributing to and maintaining design systems and UI standards.
  • Analyze user behavior and usage patterns to recommend experience improvements.
  • Optimize workflows to reduce complexity and improve platform usability and adoption.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of UX designs.
  • Advocate for user-centered design best practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and successful digital product experiences.
  • Proven experience designing intuitive web-based applications and workflow-oriented platforms.

    • User Research
    • Usability Testing
    • Wireframing
    • Prototyping
  • Experience designing drag-and-drop interfaces and highly interactive applications.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
  • Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 35,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 123,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
