Honda of Huntersville is seeking a forward-thinking Pre-Owned Sales Director to lead our growing used car sales department. In this role, you’ll drive the performance of our pre-owned sales department, strategy and optimization of all customer related touchpoints- with a heavy focus on acquisition, reconditioning, merchandising, and vehicle sales. You’ll oversee our pricing strategy, lead optimization, strategic acquisition and increase our high performing pre-owned sales department.

 Qualifications:

  • Used Car Manager experience in a high-volume dealership with a proven track record of success (3-5 Years of experience required).
  • Ability to develop and motivate a team of top performers. 
  • Used car inventory management (Pricing cars, appraising trades, buying inventory at auction, displaying and marketing used vehicles, wholesale and retail used car sales).
  • V-Auto and E Leads experience (preferred).
  • Ability to work deals from A to Z.
