Job Description Summary

Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis to generate an impacted Installed Base (IB) list and collaboratively develop a comprehensive capacity model, aligning closely with Factory teams, ASL’s/PCS Service Directors, and HPM team to ensure seamless execution and strategic resource allocation.

  • Facilitate and lead strategic discussions to prioritize customer site execution, ensuring alignment on key objectives. Collaborate closely with HPM team, ASL’s/PCS Service Directors, and the USCAN Product Manager to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize deployment efficiency.

  • When licenses are involved in the continuity upgrade, ensure a clear and efficient escalation path is established to address discrepancies between licenses and physical assets. Communicate the outlined process effectively to key stakeholders, including HPM, Field Services, ASL’s, Global Product Managers (GPM), Regional Product Manager and Lifecycle Directors/Global Continuity Product Managers, to maintain alignment and streamline resolution efforts.

  • Establish robust tracking mechanisms to ensure the accurate monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) critical to delivery success. Regularly review and analyze these metrics to drive continuous improvement, maintain operational excellence, and align outcomes with strategic goals.

  • Initiate the program execution phase in close collaboration with HPM, Lifecycle Directors (LCD), USCAN Product Manager, ASL’s, and Field Services teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment. This critical phase begins following Development and Deployment Plan (DDP) sign-off, signaling readiness for successful implementation.

  • Collaborate closely with the Global Service Operations team to ensure Continuity upgrade orders are placed accurately and align with the regional delivery timelines. Serve as the central point of contact and trusted liaison between Global Services and the HPM team, facilitating effective priority setting, resolving inquiries, and addressing escalations with urgency.

  • Oversee and continuously monitor the prioritization of customer execution plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Track and manage upgrade orders, including quantities and timing to anticipated install Quarter, to ensure accurate forecasting, timely delivery, and optimal resource allocation throughout the process.

  • Proactively ensure that the Service Order-to-Remittance (OTR) team is promptly notified to initiate the entitlement transfer process immediately following the successful completion of the upgrade installation, streamlining post-installation workflows, and ensuring accurate entitlement updates.

  • Serve as the primary regional escalation point for resolving upgrade-related issues, providing timely guidance and expertise to address challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure uninterrupted program execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Consistently collaborate with functional teams to ensure visibility to continuity orders and upgrades ensuring IB asset and status accuracy.

  • Evaluate product roadmap and align with current Continuity offering, changing and amending as required. Review our existing Continuity offering on a regular basis to evaluate pricing and margin

  • Collaborate with HPM team, finance and commercial operations to reflect and forecast accurate revenue and cost.

  • Act as Continuity point of contact for USCAN and Global teams

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years’ equivalent experience

  • 5 years’ experience in sales, finance or operations

  • Proven leadership of cross-functional projects and process improvements

  • Strong analytical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Effective at building relationships

  • Demonstrated ability to understand market dynamics and successfully council stakeholders to grow volume while optimizing price and margin.

  • Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multitasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and influencing skills with an ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive change

  • Knowledge and experience working with PCS products, services and teams

  • GE systems knowledge including Salesforce CRM, Siebel Americas, Apttus and order management

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $97,600.00-$146,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
