As a Founding Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales cycle, engage clients, perform outbound sales, and ensure CRM accuracy, aiming to meet key sales metrics.

As a Founding Account Executive, you will work independently as part of the Sales team. You will directly work with the Founders and later Director of Sales / VP of Sales and get a hands-on role in enterprise sales for a growing global SaaS product.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal, negotiating agreements, closing deals, and referrals/upselling.
- Prepare and deliver presentations/demos, and proposals to the USA tech buyers.
- Perform outbound sales activities including phone calls, emails, campaigns, and scheduling & facilitating demos.
- Qualify inbound inquiries and appropriately advance them through the sales process.
- Meet or exceed key sales activity metrics related to revenue pipeline in areas such as calls, emails, qualified opportunities, and secured demos to facilitate client acquisition and retention.
- Cross-functional communication with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing & Product, and other key stakeholders to provide feedback, and offer ideas on the best practices, successes, and product.
- Maintain data accuracy of customer information in the CRM system to have proper reporting and analytics.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales with at least 2 years selling process automation / Document AI.
- Proven track record of originating mid-market & enterprise deals via outbound (cold calling/email / LinkedIn / network)
- Proven track record of delivering $1M sales quota.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convince CTOs, VP of Technology
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and dedicated to achieving results within deadlines.
- Growth mindset with the willingness to learn and develop professionally. We don't like people who are in default complain mode.
- Willing to come to the New York office thrice a week.
