SUMMARYQ2 is seeking an Unified Communications Specialist to lead and support the full lifecycle of enterprise AV/UC systems across all locations. This role requires strong hands-on experience in deploying and supporting enterprise-scale AV/UC environments and a proactive approach to system optimization, user support, and vendor management. The individual will also play a critical role in AV design, solution delivery, and project execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide leadership in planning, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise AV/UC systems • Act as technical lead on AV/UC deployment and upgrade projects • Drive AV/UC roadmap discussions in alignment with business needs and IT strategy • Own and resolve high-priority support incidents and collaborate across teams • Provide advanced user support and develop training documentation • Maintain enterprise-wide MDM environments and ensure device compliance • Manage UC vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements • Standardize system documentation, processes, and procedures • Participate in budget planning and technology procurement related to UC systems • Lead preparations and technical support for high-profile events and executive communications • Ensure system availability, security, and compliance with corporate policies EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related technical field and a minimum of 5 years of AV/UC technical support and system implementation experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience • Deep experience with enterprise UC platforms including Zoom, Teams, Zoom Phone, Crestron, Shure, Poly, DSP systems • AVIXA CTS, CTS-I, or similar certification preferred • Strong project management experience with AV/UC rollouts • Proficiency with MDM platforms and mobile device ecosystems • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong documentation and cross-team collaboration skills

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
