Job Description

* Delivered clinical and technical support to the sales team during product demonstrations, evaluations, and sales presentations to prospective customers.
* Conduct comprehensive training for customers on the effective and safe use of GE Healthcare ultrasound systems and advanced applications.
* Collaborate with customers to optimize ultrasound imaging protocols and workflows, ensuring maximum utilization and satisfaction with GE products.

* Collaborated closely with the Commercial and Product teams to integrate clinical insights into sales and marketing strategies

* Actively participate in regional Sales meetings to update Sales personnel on clinical, educational and product items
* Troubleshoot clinical application issues and provide solutions to customers, working closely with service and sales teams.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical partners to gather market insights and promote GE ultrasound technology.
* Participate in product launches, workshops, and tradeshows to showcase GE Healthcare's latest ultrasound innovations.
* Contribute to the development of training materials, clinical case studies, and application notes.
* Collaborated closely with the Global Clinical Trainer to develop and refine clinical and training materials.

Job Qualifications
* Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience as an ultrasound technologist or sonographer.

* Demonstrated comprehensive clinical expertise across multiple ultrasound modalities, with a primary focus on Cardiac imaging, complemented by General and OB/GYN applications
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to effectively train and educate individuals and groups.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is a plus.
* Willingness to travel frequently within Hong Kong and occasionally internationally.
