About TOPOSOPHY

At TOPOSOPHY, we help destinations, cities, and businesses rethink the future of places and experiences. Our expertise spans place branding, tourism strategy, urban development, sustainability, and cultural innovation.

We don’t just follow trends—we set them. Our creative and design approach blends storytelling, user-centered design, and high-quality visuals to engage tourism boards, policymakers, urban planners, and cultural leaders worldwide.

Now, we are looking for a Mid UI/UX & Visual Designer who is eager to grow, collaborate, and create compelling digital experiences for a variety of projects—from destination campaigns to smart city platforms.

About the Role

As a UI/UX & Visual Designer, you will support the senior designer and wider creative team in crafting intuitive, aesthetically engaging user interfaces and digital assets. You’ll gain experience across the entire design process—research, wireframing, visual design, and prototyping—while contributing to web projects, branded campaigns, and digital platforms.

This is a growth role ideal for someone with a solid foundation in digital design and a strong desire to develop into a well-rounded designer with strategic thinking, attention to detail, and confidence in delivering visually engaging work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and dashboards, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and usability principles.
  • Support the development of wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
  • Contribute to the creation of digital graphics, layouts, and visual assets for web campaigns, social media, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with senior designers, marketers, and developers to support design projects from concept to execution.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing with guidance from senior team members.
  • Stay up to date with design tools, UI/UX trends, and best practices to continue developing your skill set.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX, digital, or visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with prototyping tools such as Adobe XD or InVision is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of responsive design principles and how designs translate across devices.
  • Experience in preparing visual assets for digital marketing (e.g., social media posts, display banners, infographics).
  • Familiarity with wireframing, user flows, and layout design for both desktop and mobile.
  • Willingness to learn about data visualization, design systems, and accessibility standards.
  • An eye for typography, layout, color, and composition.
  • Collaborative spirit with strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS and/or motion tools like Lottie or After Effects.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and private health insurance
  • Opportunity to work on high-profile campaigns, websites, and cultural projects in Greece and internationally
  • Career development and design mentorship from senior team members
  • Hybrid work model with flexibility to work remotely when needed
  • Professional equipment allowance
  • Access to professional development courses and design resources
  • A creative and diverse team working on impactful projects in tourism, culture, and sustainability
