Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Develops creative product or product line designs that reflect current trends and the organization's aesthetic.
Assists in creating sketches, concept boards, color palettes, or other visual demonstrations translating market trends into organizational products.
Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline
Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization
Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals
Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement, and precedents
Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner
Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members

Pay Range & Benefits
$66,937.44 - $100,406.16 AnnuallyThe base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
