UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a talented and user-focused UX/UI Designer to help create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is equally passionate about user research and interface design, with the ability to turn insights into seamless, functional, and elegant user interfaces.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to design user-centric solutions that solve real business and user problems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, usability testing, and data-driven design iteration.
  • Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs.
  • Design user flows, journey maps, and information architecture for web and mobile experiences.
  • Create and maintain UI components, design systems, and style guides.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are properly implemented with pixel-perfect accuracy.
  • Iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and team input.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.

Required Skills & Tools: UX Skills:

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Experience with user research methods (surveys, interviews, usability testing, etc.)
  • Ability to create wireframes, flowcharts, user journeys, and low-fidelity prototypes
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design standards (e.g., WCAG)

UI Design & Tools:

  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Strong visual design skills including layout, typography, color theory, and branding
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems
  • Familiarity with tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, or After Effects for visual and motion design

Prototyping & Handoff:

  • Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Framer, InVision, or Protopie
  • Clear and organized design documentation for developer handoff
  • Understanding of responsive and adaptive design for multiple screen sizes

Technical Awareness:

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory, but helpful)
  • Familiarity with front-end development workflows and collaboration with dev teams
  • Awareness of platform guidelines (e.g., iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design)

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
  • A strong portfolio that showcases both UX process and UI execution
  • Experience designing for web, mobile (iOS/Android), and cross-platform interfaces
  • Ability to think critically and solve design problems creatively
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 50,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 175,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
