Accountabilities

Ricerchiamo un Troubleshooter qualificato per attività di manutenzione su treni ad alta velocità. Il candidato ideale possiede una solida esperienza tecnica, eccellenti capacità di diagnosi guasti e un approccio proattivo alla risoluzione dei problemi.

• Eseguire interventi di troubleshooting su sistemi elettrici, meccanici e meccatronici dei treni ad alta velocità.
• Analizzare guasti e anomalie, proponendo soluzioni efficaci e tempestive.
• Collaborare con il team di manutenzione per ottimizzare i processi e ridurre i tempi di fermo.
• Redigere report tecnici e documentazione degli interventi.
• Utilizzare software e strumenti digitali per la diagnosi e la gestione delle attività.

• Esperienza minima di 5 anni in ambito manutenzione ferroviaria o industriale, preferibilmente su treni ad alta velocità.
• Ottime competenze elettriche e meccaniche, con capacità di lettura e interpretazione di schemi tecnici.
• Buona conoscenza informatica, in particolare del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata (livello B1 o superiore).
• Disponibilità a trasferte fuori sede.
• Capacità di lavorare in team e sotto pressione.
• Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e in reperibilità.

Education/Qualifications

• Diploma tecnico o laurea in ambito elettrico, meccanico o meccatronico.
• Certificazioni specifiche nel settore ferroviario.
• Esperienza con sistemi di diagnostica avanzata.

Languages

Fluency in Italian and English is required.
