What You’ll Do:
You will join the Treasury team, which is responsible for managing the company’s capital structure, liquidity, and financing strategy to support rapid growth. The team partners closely with internal stakeholders—including Treasury Accounting, Fixed Assets, Legal, and Corporate Development—as well as external lenders and financial institutions to ensure effective debt management, covenant compliance, and reporting.
About the Role:
As a Senior Analyst, Treasury, you will report to the Director of Treasury, Structured Finance Programs, and play a key role in debt management, lender reporting, and capital structure analysis. This role involves significant ownership over recurring processes as well as ad hoc analyses for senior leadership on critical balance sheet and capital structure issues, requiring strong attention to detail, advanced analytical capabilities, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will support borrowing activities, hedging initiatives, and debt fundraising efforts while helping develop and document scalable treasury processes, ensuring compliance with SOX controls for borrowings, debt disclosures and interest rate hedging. This position is based in either Manhattan, NY or Washington, DC.
Who You Are:
- 2-3 years of progressive experience with a strong preference for those who have worked on large scale, cross-functional workstreams. Treasury, Capital Markets or Corporate Finance experience is required. Investment banking, private equity, or similar experience is a plus
- Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities
- Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating complex financial information in an easy to understand format.
- Ability to think creatively; highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
- Collaboratively-focused and able to work well with others in a fast-paced and ever changing business.
- Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics
- Outstanding software and system skills (e.g., proficiency in MS Excel is a must, experience in Netsuite, and Bloomberg is a plus)
- Experience supporting interest rate hedging activities by analyzing and forecasting exposure, reconciling trades and settlements, and preparing hedge recommendations, memos and hedge designation documentation
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; no H1-B visa sponsorship available

The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
