JOB OVERVIEW

DebtBook is seeking a Treasury Product Analyst to join our Product team and play a critical role in supporting Customer Success functions, specifically implementation, onboarding, and customer support for our Treasury products.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure new customers are successfully onboarded, product questions are addressed promptly, and feedback is translated into product improvements. You’ll help troubleshoot issues, guide customers through best practices, and maintain the integrity and functionality of Treasury features. 

In this role you will:

  • Support ongoing product functionality by addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring product effectiveness.
  • Assist in the implementation process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of treasury-related features.
  • Educate clients on the capabilities and best practices for utilizing the Treasury portions of the application.
  • Work with the customer success team to prioritize customer feedback and inform future product updates.
  • Provide internal support by educating team members on product functionality, both current and planned, and financial concepts.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the relationship with our Data Team for the treasury side of the product.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective solutions for customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a willingness to work across teams to drive success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A coachable and curious mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • An empathetic, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering value to customers.
