We are seeking a Treasury Manager, Capital Markets & Risk to support the continued expansion of our global treasury program. In this role, you will contribute to investment management, cash flow forecasting, capital markets, corporate insurance, and financial risk management initiatives. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to optimize liquidity, enhance capital structure, manage risks, and implement industry best practices. This position will report to the Senior Treasury Manager, Capital Markets & Risk.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Manage the corporate insurance programs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to assess risks and maintain appropriate coverage.
- Guide cash investment strategies, optimizing returns while ensuring principal preservation and alignment with liquidity and risk tolerance objectives.
- Support development of share repurchase program strategies, ensuring alignment with financial and shareholder objectives.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies for foreign exchange exposures and other financial risks.
- Monitor treasury activities to uphold regulatory adherence, contractual obligations, and best practices while identifying potential risk areas.
- Contribute to capital markets initiatives, working closely with the Senior Treasury Manager to refine capital structure, balance sheet optimization, and capital allocation priorities.
- Serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
- Lead the preparation of strategic reports for senior leadership and the board, delivering actionable insights on capital markets, cash flow performance, and risk management trends
- Act as a mentor and subject matter resource for junior colleagues, supporting their professional growth through coaching, feedback, and informal leadership.
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA, CFA or CTP is a plus)
- 8+ years of experience in treasury management
- Demonstrated expertise in investment management, cash flow forecasting, debt and capital markets, insurance and foreign exchange risk management, compliance reporting, and advanced financial modeling
- Collaborative and adaptable, with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality and a proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work independently amid ambiguity, managing cross-functional projects and driving execution while maintaining attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights

- Global treasury and risk management experience with multinational companies
- Experience with treasury management systems and related applications
- Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory frameworks and global banking

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
