We are seeking a Treasury Management Support Analyst to join our team within Enterprise Functions.

This role offers hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of Treasury Management, client engagement, and foundational sales support. It is an excellent fit for candidates who are aspiring to grow into a future Treasury Management Sales Consultant -- providing the core skills, business understanding, and consultant partnership experience needed to advance into client-facing sales roles.
In this role, you will:
  • Support Treasury Management Consultants by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing current clients, and prospect information to drive the sales process.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within your functional area to help streamline and enhance client and partner experiences.
  • Research and assess operational requests tied to low- to medium-risk deliverables, evaluating alternatives and recommending the best path forward.
  • Provide recommendations on more complex or nuanced situations, exercising sound judgment while deepening your understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as a key information resource for internal partners, stakeholders, and external clients-ensuring clarity, accuracy, and service excellence.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work history, training, military service, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and implementation processes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills and the ability to partner across business and functional groups.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems with a structured, analytical approach.
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • his position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the office approximately 3 days a week

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$28.85 - $48.08
