Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Treasury professional to lead the Funds Transfer Pricing & Capital Allocation team. This employee will own the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) methodology and Capital Allocations process for the entire Company. This position reports to the Head of Capital Management within Corporate Treasury.

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Treasury professional to lead the Funds Transfer Pricing & Capital Allocation team. This employee will own the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) methodology and Capital Allocations process for the entire Company. This position reports to the Head of Capital Management within Corporate Treasury.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the Company's internal performance management framework for line of business profitability
- Engage directly with leaders and product heads across all of Wells Fargo's businesses including Consumer Banking and Lending, Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, and Wealth and Investment Management
- Have exposure to all aspects of Wells Fargo's business model and strategy including key initiatives for growing loans and deposits
- Set direction for the Company's profitability targets through calibration of appropriate FTP charges/credits and allocations of capital
- Provide reporting to business leaders on actual and forecasted financial performance
- Make strategic recommendations for changes to FTP or capital allocation when necessary to ensure alignment of incentives
- Consult line of business finance teams in constructing effective pricing and client profitability tools
- Manage a team of subject matter experts organized around the lines of business and key aspects of FTP and capital allocation
- Collaborate with all functions in Corporate Treasury including capital, liquidity, funding, and interest rate risk management
- Provide thought leadership on how to improve return on equity and create shareholder valued added (SVA)
- 8+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative discipline; advanced credentials (MBA, CFA, FRM) preferred
- Working knowledge of large bank capital and liquidity requirements, including SCB, GSIB surcharge, LCR, and related regulatory frameworks
- Background in GSIB business models and strategy, including consumer banking, wealth management, commercial banking, investment banking, and trading businesses
- General understanding of interest rate risk and liquidity risk including key measurement and management approaches
- Experience working with pricing and profitability tools for a broad range of consumer and commercial loan and deposit products
- Understanding of basic capital allocation concepts including consideration for different regulatory constraints and measures for return on equity and SVA
- Ability to interpret regulatory capital and liquidity constraints and assess their impact on business strategy and profitability
- Ability to evaluate and influence strategies that optimize capital allocation and liquidity across diverse business lines
- Proven capability to collaborate across business lines and influence senior stakeholders on capital and liquidity strategies
- Experience translating complex topics into intuitive narratives that are easy for decision makers to process and respond to
- Familiarity with stress testing concepts and their implications for capital planning and liquidity management
