Position Overview

ATLAS SP is seeking a Vice President - Transformation Leader to join the team.

Primary Responsibilities                                    

  • Drive transformational change by identifying and implementing innovative strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends
  • Lead cross functional initiatives via the deployment of strong project management, communication and change management skills
  • Identify process opportunities utilizing Six Sigma methodologies (or similar) to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve quality and efficiencies
  • Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and vendors to design and enhance systems and processes across financial services ecosystem (Cash management, booking, invoicing, collateral management, collections, etc.)
  • Support development, design and deployment of new processes and technology solutions (Workflow tools, Cash mgmt. solutions, etc.) via agile methodology with embedded control framework
  • Build trusted relationships that drives consensus and rapid decision making
  • Effectively communicate with sponsors and steering committees on findings, recommendations, risk mitigation strategies and financial impacts
  • Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring that new solutions and processes deliver enhanced customer experiences and meet regulatory standards
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across teams, ensuring talent development and succession planning at all levels

Qualifications & Experience                              

  • 10+ years of Business Execution, Quality/Six Sigma, Implementation, or Strategic Planning
  • 10+ years of experience in the financial services sector (e.g., banking, insurance, investments, financial consulting) including a financial system implementation
  • Trusted partner who can design and execute plans to support cross functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills, Proficient in process mapping, and problem-solving tools (Minitab, Microsoft Excel, etc.). Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with Lean methodologies is a strong plus. Ability to integrate Lean principles with Six Sigma for comprehensive process improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Base Salary Range

$150,000 - $200,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
