As a Transactions Specialist I in the Insertion/Personalization department in Coppell at JPMorganChase, you will operate production equipment to process customer statements and credit cards. Global Document Services is the firm’s primary print, card production, and distribution organization supporting JPMorganChase. In this role, you will focus on operational excellence, quality, and meeting service commitments in a fast-paced production environment where work varies day to day. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Complete training across core functions within the Embossing and Insertion areas
  • Operate various types of production equipment and machinery, as assigned
  • Perform detailed quality inspections of cards and statements to identify and correct defects, errors, or inconsistencies
  • Troubleshoot and help resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and data discrepancies
  • Execute work accurately and efficiently to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Promote strong internal controls by proactively identifying, documenting, and communicating issues
  • Review production data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and potential risks
  • Follow all applicable regulations, internal policies, and standard operating procedures related to card and statement production

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing 25–40 lbs and handle 200 lb supplies using approved industrial carts
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
  • Adaptability to changing priorities, daily direction from leadership, updates to procedures, and new technology
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with internal partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize daily workload to support client SLAs and operational deadlines
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
  • Willingness to cross-train and support responsibilities across multiple areas, as needed

Work Schedule

  • 2nd Shift: Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Candidates must be willing and able to work during operating hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Specific schedule details will be confirmed by the Recruiter.
  • This role may require non-traditional and/or additional hours based on business needs. Schedules may be subject to change.
