This job is responsible for moderately complex transaction and fulfillment processing, including the movement of assets into and out of accounts. Key responsibilities include reconciliation, settlement, and trade and transfer support, and providing quality service and operations support for internal business partners and external clients, in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. Job expectations include handling in operational processes which may carry medium to high levels of monetary risk and assisting in training less experienced team members.

- The Equity Operations Specialist is responsible for all daily settlements of employee stock option exercises and restricted lapses, as well as the accurate and timely processing of all recordkeeping and administrative activities for our Institutional Equity compensation and Employee Stock Purchase Plans.
- Responsible for daily settlement of option exercise, restricted and performance lapses, and employee stock purchases plan events.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all recordkeeping and administrative activities for our corporate clients equity award plans including client adjustment requests, indicative data and award updates, plan parameter updates, blackout maintenance, ISO recalculations and grant award acceptance.
- Responsible for support of the reporting platform to be able to provide client reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Responsible for the support of monthly Roll Forward reporting as well as additional scheduled and one off client report requests.
- Responsible for the quality control review of key recordkeeping and administrative activities.
