The Transaction Coordinator manages real estate transactions, ensuring compliance and communication between all parties, while resolving issues and adhering to timelines.

About the Role:
As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of real estate transactions from contract to closing.
Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing.
- Liaise between real estate agents, clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Document Preparation and Review:
o Prepare and review contracts, addendums, and other transaction-related documents.
o Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction.
- Provide regular updates to clients, agents, and other stakeholders on the status of transactions.
- Timeline Management:
- Monitor and enforce timelines to ensure timely completion of all transaction milestones.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process.
- Compliance:
- Stay current on real estate regulations and ensure transactions adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Verify all documentation complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Problem Resolution:
- Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the transaction process.
- Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to complex issues.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
- Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly.
- Has an experience with New Jersey State Compliance
- Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
- Must have at least 6+ months of real estate experience
Home-Based Requirements:
- Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 10 Mbps.
- Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions.
- Updated computer (desktop or laptop) Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required and an excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam.
