THE OPPORTUNITY

Cyera is seeking a Training Specialist to support the operational delivery of training programs for our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. In this role, you’ll serve as the engine behind the scenes—coordinating training logistics, maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS), and supporting the day-to-day execution of enablement initiatives.

You’ll work closely with the Sr. Learning Architect and cross-functional partners to ensure that training content is delivered smoothly, accurately assigned, and effectively tracked. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of organization, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in building a career in training operations and enablement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

LMS Administration & Content Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS) to support GTM learning initiatives.
  • Upload, organize, and publish training content, ensuring accuracy in course assignments, tags, version control, and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor enrollments, track completion data, and generate reports to measure learner engagement and training outcomes.

Training Coordination & Program Support

  • Coordinate logistics for training programs, including calendar invites, reminders, content prep, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain training calendars and track participation across onboarding cohorts, sales plays, and other enablement initiatives.
  • Support the setup of virtual or in-person sessions, including registration, platform setup, and attendee communications.

Content Support & Light Editing

  • Assist with the formatting and QA of training materials, including presentations, guides, and eLearning modules.
  • Make light updates to existing content based on stakeholder input (e.g., branding, voiceover corrections, data refreshes).

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in a training coordination, LMS administration, or learning operations role—preferably supporting a GTM or Sales organization.
  • Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System, specifically Seismic
  • Basic familiarity with training formats (eLearning, instructor-led, blended learning) and content tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Google Slides, Canva).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple timelines and deliverables.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and responding to fast-paced business needs.
  • Clear communicator with a learner-first mindset and a collaborative approach.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
