This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

The Training Specialist, Consumer & Product Education is a subject matter expert on our consumers, products, and brands, including Frigidaire, Electrolux, and Anova. This role strengthens the consumer and product knowledge of internal and external sales partners by developing impactful training materials and delivering high‑quality learning experiences across in‑person, digital, and virtual platforms. The Training Specialist plans and executes training programs, events, and workshops that translate consumer insights, product technologies, and brand value propositions into clear, actionable knowledge that drives sales confidence and market share. Success in this role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, exceptional project management, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver consumer and product education materials for internal and external sales partners.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (consumer insights, marketing, product, development) to source and refine training content.

  • Plan, coordinate, and present at training events across in‑person, digital, and virtual channels.

  • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, including content updates, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Oversee day‑to‑day execution of training initiatives for designated sales channels, from planning through post‑delivery support.

  • Track milestones, deliverables, and risks while reporting progress to stakeholders.

  • Communicate training program availability and updates to assigned channels.

  • Support the enhancement and optimization of the Electrolux University LMS and provide KPI reporting to marketing leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2+ years of experience in product education, training, or a related discipline.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web‑based platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, LMS systems).

  • Experience with video‑production tools (e.g., iMovie, Adobe Premiere Pro) and content development processes.

  • Strong understanding of training production logistics and ability to translate consumer insights and industry trends into impactful learning content.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% for training events, workshops, and partner engagements.
