Position Overview
The Training & Development Analyst will support the VP of Training and Development in designing and delivering high-impact training programs across Financial Services Operations. This role will focus on gathering process insights, mapping workflows, and transforming complex operational content into engaging, visually compelling training materials.
The Analyst will play a critical role in developing digital content, structured presentations, and interactive learning modules that enhance onboarding, systems adoption, and continuous skill development. This individual will leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, improve training design, and introduce innovative engagement strategies. In addition to content development, the Analyst will deliver training sessions and support live workshops across Operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Content Development & Design
- Collect operational data and process documentation to build structured training materials.
- Map workflows and translate technical processes into clear, engaging presentations and job aids.
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint decks, visual learning materials, and digital training content.
- Create standardized templates and branded training materials aligned with enterprise standards.
Digital & AI-Enabled Learning
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development, automate documentation, and enhance training design.
- Identify creative methods to increase engagement through digital content, interactive formats, and multimedia tools.
- Support development of e-learning modules and scalable digital learning resources.
Training Delivery & Engagement
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding modules to operational teams.
- Support live demonstrations of systems, tools, and workflow processes.
- Gather feedback from participants and refine materials to improve clarity and effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement
- Partner with process owners and the VP of Training to keep materials current with system enhancements and process updates.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements to content and delivery methods.
Required Qualification and Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in training development, operations, consulting, or content creation within financial services or a related industry
- Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation design skills with the ability to create visually compelling content
- Strong ability to simplify complex operational or technical topics into clear learning materials
- Experience mapping processes and translating workflows into structured documentation
- Demonstrated interest in using AI tools to enhance productivity and content development
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence presenting to live audiences
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling ability
Preferred Qualification and Experience
- Experience supporting financial services operations, loan servicing, or structured lending platforms
- Familiarity with digital learning tools or Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience developing video, multimedia, or interactive training content
- Proficiency in design tools beyond PowerPoint (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms)

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
