Description
PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Training Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Training Developer, you will be working with our clients to develop training content for Healthcare end users, and then supporting a lead trainer in the facilitation of virtual trainings across all of VA Health Connect, as well as setting up and executing weekly office hours sessions. You will work across the contract team and with clients to plan for and develop key supporting materials (e.g., job aids and facilitation guides), and maintain a training hub to ensure all content is up to date and accurate.
Responsibilities
• Develop and present training materials for Health IT products across the program
• Update and maintain training hub materials
• Work closely with the Lead Trainer to assess needs and deliver training
• Be a champion for stakeholder engagement
• Participate in the assessment of training materials and presentation.
Required Skills and Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 10 years of experience with Public Sector Health IT
• Create process and data flow diagrams
• Experience managing all aspects of product training from concept to delivery
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with the federal government, preferably VA
