CTEC is seeking a Training Coordinator/Admin to join our remote team, with candidates located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Job Description: Coordinates and administers training programs for Social Security Administration personnel. Manages training schedules, participant enrollment, venue coordination, and logistics for both in-person and virtual training events. Maintains training records, tracks completion rates, and ensures compliance with federal training documentation requirements.
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of training administration experience in federal or large organizational environments
- Experience with federal Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training delivery platforms.
- Supports language translation.
- Knowledge of federal training compliance requirements and documentation standards
- Proficiency in training scheduling systems and federal employee development tracking
- Understanding of federal accessibility requirements for training programs and materials
Clearance: Must be able to Obtain Public Trust Clearance.
