Trainee

Training role supporting Account Sales Managers through route coverage, customer relationship management, merchandising, display building, audits, and sales initiatives. Responsibilities include maintaining Red Bull brand standards, executing daily plans, meeting sales and merchandising KPIs, supporting in-store execution, and servicing off-premise retail customers. The role requires safe, professional customer service, product handling, and collaboration with sales and operations teams.

Participate in a six-month training program preparing for lending or crop insurance careers. Lending trainees learn credit analysis, financial statement review, loan structuring, portfolio monitoring, collateral evaluation, and customer relationship management. Insurance trainees pursue state licensing and learn crop insurance servicing, documentation, compliance, policy administration, and customer education. Both roles require coursework, teamwork, customer interaction, and participation in training. Positions are available across Arizona, California, Montana, Oregon, and Washington, with workplace flexibility after initial in-office training.

Participate in a management training program focused on service center freight operations. Learn to supervise dock employees, process shipments, manage schedules and equipment needs, coach performance, monitor operational results, support budgeting and cost reduction, and follow safety and security procedures. The role involves working across dock, office, and yard areas in a fast-paced environment with variable hours and possible company-assisted relocation.
