Responsibilities
  • Facilitate onboarding programs and learning experiences (e.g., orientations, workshops, cohorts, Fab Bootcamp) in both in-person and virtual formats
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding administration, including headcount tracking, welcome communications, cohort planning, training enrollment, and mentor/buddy coordination
  • Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to design, review, and improve onboarding plans aligned to roles, functions, and business needs
  • Develop and maintain onboarding programs, materials, and learning resources to support employee integration and skill development
  • Leverage data, metrics, and reporting to monitor onboarding efficiency and effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead or support workforce development initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment, efficient execution, and achievement of desired outcomes

Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong facilitation, written, and communication skills, with experience delivering training in both in-person and virtual environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel capabilities for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills, experienced in working within cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive outcomes
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in project management and continuous improvement, including planning, coordinating, and driving initiatives to completion, with demonstrated experience in training development, data analysis, and process/automation improvements

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience using GenAI or automation tools to improve efficiency and quality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing or supporting onboarding for technical audience or task-based certification programs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, education, instructional design, human resources, business management or equivalent work experience is required
